Shipping Policy

Once the package is dropped off with the shipping carrier, Moonglow and Magic is no longer responsible for the package. We are not responsible for damage done to the package while in transit. 

If packages are returned to us due to incorrect address information, a partial refund may be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Packages shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (our default shipping setting) includes up to $100 insurance coverage. For orders over $100, the customer is responsible for upgrading insurance coverage if desired.

If the package is being shipped outside of the United States, we are not responsible for any taxes/fees/tariffs you may be charged.
